Dr. Robert Schwartz, Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center, speaks at the NC Center for Afterschool Program's annual conference, SYNERGY 2009: Move Into Action for Afterschool. He talks about increasing obesity rates in children and youth and encourages after-school providers to teach kids the importance of eating healthy and staying active.
